How do I become licensed to practice in a state?
Licensure requirements vary from state to state; therefore, it is important to contact your state licensing board before applying for licensure. Some states require that candidates for state licensure send their NCBAHM exam results, while other states only require demonstration of NCBAHM Certification; therefore, the NCBAHM cannot guarantee portability to practice in any other state.
