How do I request for my NCBAHM exam results are sent to the State?

Each NCBAHM candidate/Diplomate must submit a State Verification Request in order for the NCBAHM to send an Exams/Certification verification report to the state licensure agency. To request exam results to be forwarded directly to the state of choice, candidate/Diplomate have to:

1. Log into your NCBAHM Online Portal.

2. Once logged in, click the orange button "Request State Verification"

   

3. On the next screen, select desired state and complete the process including payment.

The processing time for state verification results is 7 business days and sent electronically. It is Candidate’s/Diplomate’s responsibility to complete all state requirements prior to submitting the State Verification request. If all state requirements are not met upon request submission, a new request may have to be required.
