Best practices to ensure your PDA points show up on your NCBAHM portal

When taking NCBAHM approved PDA course work the provider submits your points directly through the NCBAHM portal. 

To ensure that your points are recorded by the provider, the following are the best practices.

• Provide your full name to the provider and ensure it matches your name on your NCBAHM Certification.
• Provide your NCBAHM ID number, which can be found on your Wall certificate, as well as on your NCBAHM portal.
• Do not repeat the same course within the same recertification cycle (4years).

If you do not see your PDA points, please reach out to the provider and confirm they have your correct name and NCBAHM ID number. Note that the process can take up to 2 weeks to show up on your NCBAHM portal.
