I passed all the required exams. Does this mean I’m now certified?

Passing all required NCBAHM exams does not automatically result in certification. See the Steps to NCBAHM Certification in the NCBAHM Certification Handbook for information about the documents required to become certified.

Candidates are not certified until all required documents are accepted and the candidate has received the official NCBAHM congratulatory letter along with a wallet-size identification card by USPS mail. Candidates may not represent or advertise NCBAHM certification until this official notification is received (approximately six (6) weeks after all requirements are met). Candidates may expect to receive an NCBAHM certificate, suitable for framing, approximately six (6) weeks from the date certified.

It is the candidate’s responsibility to submit a request to the NCBAHM for their results to be sent to any regulatory agencies.
